You can cancel an order within 12 hours from the time the order was placed.
For any cancellation request sent after 12 hours from the placement of the order, a revised service cost will be charged to the client.
If you receive a service that is not satisfactory, you may send comments on how it can be adjusted. If we receive new information from what was initially provided, an additional service cost will be charged to the client.
Quantum Mann reserves the right to reject any refunds that are construed as abuse of its policy.
